Butch Basix Shipping Policies and Other Related Information

• The rate for Standard Ground shipping is a flat rate.
• US Orders shipped Standard Ground will ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of the package. International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.
• Delivery times for domestic orders can range from 1-4 business days from the day your order ships. Delivery times for international orders can range from 5-14 days.
• Ground Shipping is not a “guaranteed” ship method which means we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. 

Expedited Shipping: We offer a flat rate for expedited shipping to make things simple for everyone. In most cases, Expedited means transit time of 1 Day and will ship via carrier USPS Priority 1 Day Express or UPS 2nd Day Air. 

Order Fulfillment Turn Around Time: Orders will leave the warehouse by the next business day from when you place your order.

US Transit Times: Transit times start from the time an order has left the warehouse, not from the date an order was placed.

• Ground Transit time: Approximately 2-5 business days
• Expedited (Express): 1-2 business days

Destinations: Butch Basix is now shipping Internationally for an affordable flat rate that's based on weight. 

Sales Tax: State and local taxes are charged on orders shipped to California.

Order Tracking: When we receive tracking from the carrier, we will update your order and you will receive an email with shipping and tracking confirmation. 

Order Status: If you have a question about the status of your order, please contact us. Please also make sure to check your spam/junk folder for any email communication we send you regarding your order. We send order confirmations, shipping confirmations, cancellation confirmations, and refund confirmations all via email.

Warehouse closures: We do not process shipments on the weekends or Holidays.
